Shipping policy

 

Bela orders are managed, processed and fulfilled by Augmented Instruments Ltd (hereafter "we"). 

Shipping in the UK

 

We offer free shipping with Royal Mail to anywhere in the UK on all our orders over £200.00.

We use Royal Mail 48 parcel service which is tracked service. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for missing packages that are sent untracked. 

We recommend tracking your package to ensure delivery and offer tracked and signed shipping. If you would like your package to be tracked and signed for, please add this option at checkout. This will allow you to track your package as it makes its way to you.

 

Shipping to the EU

Please visit our EU shop at eu.shop.bela.io for orders to the EU.

Shipping to the rest of the world

Please visit our rest of world shop at shop.bela.io for orders outside the UK and EU.

Customs, VAT and import duty

Please note that if you’re outside of the UK or EU you may be liable for import duties, sales tax, or customs processing fees. It’s your responsibility to ensure you’re aware of the local requirements for importing goods from the UK to your location. We cannot offer any refunds due to unexpected charges applied locally.

We are required to include a commercial invoice with all shipments leaving the EU. We will never falsely report the value or contents of a shipment.

When we ship

Bela orders are shipped once a week on Wednesdays. All UK orders are shipped from our warehouse in London.

At this moment in time we are unable to accommodate rush deliveries. Good things come to those who wait.
